Take your money, a LOT of amulets for luck, sleeping bag, food and something to read and scout empty plots which are waiting for their protection to drop (Random timer. Noone knows the time when it will drop) and spam the placard. You wont be probably alone there.

Oh and dont loose nerves if someone will come and bypass all that with relocating their already existing home. (Which will open plot where they already had that house)
