I voted for option 2
After the transfer on March 27, when i log in, everybody that I have been playing with for 2 years will be there. Every linkshell and everything. Oh and the two guys that come back for deployment, they will be there too.
Option 4 we would have lost all of that.
I don't know anyone on our server that wanted to leave, except the dicks, (they know who they are)

To try to help i deleted my Alts.

I think you will see a post soon that states its not working correctly, the method of moving, they said would be a +1, -1, +1 new server, -1 old server.

This way it is impossible for them to be all filled up, think of it like scales? Makes no sense. The only explanation would be "staying put" uses up a free slot for some dumb reason.

Yeah, well your server didn't get chosen as the RP destination of choice. I like being able to meet and play with new players instead of always seeing the same groups doing the same things. When I moved on FFXI during the creation of Remora, it was by far the best decision I made.

There must be an issue, every server except ragnarok is full and yet no other space opened up. That makes no sense.

Fck yeah , i have now to choose a fulljp oceanic server with people that doesnt play on the same time as me or a death european server. Yeah keep killing the game yoshi , grats.

Maybe they set the limit lower than server A + B combined. In other words, they were already full before it even started - Except for Ragnarok and Ridill.

If that's the case, we'll just have to wait for the EUs to move to Ragnarok and free up some slots on the other servers. If that doesn't happen, maybe they'll increase the cap little by little.

"X" on all servers could mean that the balance that SE wants is already reached now and they just want to get more players on Ragnarok now.

Naturally when you go for balance you have to take from the big and give to the small. so the max number per server has to be in the middle somewhere. SE even stated that some servers will be full soon after. so with servers being over the cap by more then other were under the cap. the +1,-1 doesn't work as planned.

Example: lets say 4 servers were over the cap from the get go by a total of 2000.and 5 servers were under the cap by a total of 700ish. (not real numbers)
As part of that 2000 go to the other servers. The 5 servers free spots decrease but the other 4 servers spots don't open up due to being over the cap. That leaves 1300 left for Ragnarok. which didn't work like SE planned

so the +1,-1 can't work as long as servers are over the cap. But if you increase the cap, some servers will have much more then other servers causing the same problem as before the merge.
SE expects us to do this community does the opposite and it causes problems. Nothing new really.
