If you do nothing you're automatically in your new server.

I can't believe I logged in and was told all the servers were full. That is a total lie. And the customer support is no help they are rude and basically said thats the way it is. The only one not full was the european server they created. NA players get screwed thanks Square

What do you want a customer rep to do? Kick people out of their server for you? Also, all servers full is a lie. There's Ridill and Ragnarok waiting for you.

I actually liked the first option. And I called a rep because I cannot believe that there are that many people and not enough server room, right now the character isn't active so I was calling to see if my character needed to be active. I thought it was totally wrong how it went down. I don't want to explain the situation but I have to get my character off the server. And this was my only opportunity. So maybe before you troll and make rude comments to other people you should think that maybe not all people want to transfer just because they can but they might have personal situations they need to get away from.
