Because then what if a server fills up with active player movement or active players dont choose a server, where do they go then? Randomly distributed which was what was going to happen anyway but people cried.

well if those players are indeed "active" as you say then they should choose a server lol , besides even if they dont its still better to balance the servers instead of ruining a server's population IMHO

well i was able to transferr safely away from the role players. Fabul to durandal

oh and all 4 of my accounts were able to pick the same server too
