That's still not an impossibility. It's a small improbability. All we get is a symbol that denotes a range we don't know, not a definitive number that exemplifies a player distribution.Unless spend and average of around 50-60% of their time online it'll a lot higher than 800-1000 people.
Because presumably, when the servers first opened there was space to move. As time goes on more and more servers are filling up but the population of the servers they were assigned to should also go down.
Since Ragnarok had noone to start with, anyone that has gone there should also free up space on the other servers.
With the current state, unless Ridill started with a high enough population to fill every other slot on every other server whist maintaining a population itself AND covering anyone that moved to the empty Ragnarok then something here isn't right.
