Wait a minute soooo. People who are already on a server, say... Lindblum, but haven't made a server choice, will still automatically be put onto Sargantaras right?

It changes every now and then, some worlds go back to available/limited and otherwise.
It seems their system already includes our default server in the numbers accounted.
Say, Ridill (Selbina) is shown as limited, with 10 spots left for example, and on the other hand you have Masamune (Wutai + Gysahl) shown as closed.
If 10 people from Wutai (=Masamune) move to Ridill, Masamune will be shown as limited again.
So yeah, this is going to be... fun moving a whole LS on another server.
yes.
and the servers that fill up so fast will cause some LS dramas for sure.
"where to go now? 2/3 have made it to Masamune!"

So I stayed up 'til 3 am (okay, granted, I usually stay up this late) to be able to select Balmung for my world transfer. I clicked on the link at 3:01, and Balmung was already full. REALLY? Come on. Why even offer merges if from the get-go you can't select half of them? I'm so disappointed...
;_;This is why I always was entirely supportive of option 4 over this revised scheme. With the original server merge outline, all of the people like us who actually play the game would get to freely choose our servers from a fresh start. Now we have to contend with servers that are "filled" because SE automatically transferred all the inactive accounts from the old servers into the new one already.
Priority should be given to people who actually play. As in, say I choose Sargatanas. It's "full" but since I actually play, it kicks out (or just ignores) an account inactive for over 60 days so as to fill itself with active accounts.
You should probably reroll on Besaid right now xDI just started playing the game this month. Unfortunately, I didn't do any research before I made my first character - I rolled on Mysidia because I thought it had a pretty name. When I found out Besaid was the unofficial roleplay server, I realized I had made a big mistake - but lo, on the horizon: a server merge!

Aion Zwei - Masamune
Server merger feels like a Roegadyn sitting in a Lalafell's restroom.

i think seriously all inactive players should be put on random servers LOL. 75% of all 2010 players that currently arent playing have quit entirely
