Can SE not do anything right? I wake up at a normal North American Time Zone time (9:00am) and all NORTH AMERICAN servers are full. This game was starting to get good, but how could I keep playing when the only server that is open is a European Server? Thanks for making my waste of time feel like a complete waste of time SE! Thanks a lot.

You are going to get transffered to your designated server so still will be on a NA server, so what the hell is the problem? Stop complaining without reading/knowing the facts.

correct you do not need to apply if you want to stay on the server you are on now

Option 2 - People that stay up till 3 AM have 5-10 minutes to pick a world before it caps. Everyone who doesn't gets stuck on their original servers.

Option 4 would not be capped because it wouldn't have inactive players as part of the equation as option 2 does.

I don't really understand why they would cap it off...The people who are rushing to the larger servers and looking for more endgame content based server and the low population servers are for all the useless social/RPers players. Its like this in many MMO's and there really is nothing wrong with it.

There is a 2 week window (not a 2 min) to put in for a transfer. Everyone just take a deep breath, rub your earlobes and say wooooosaaaahhhhh
