Because otherwise you're just praying people notice your tiny blue mage party in the party finder. :v Then we can just start a sort of blue mage cult where we only associate with other blue mages and support each other in our blue mage endeavors.

Hopefully, they put a bit more effort into the limited job content, so that when we get the next limited job, they can pool together into the same content and get their own roulette.
I hope they might consider this in the future.
Even if it is just for specific dungeons/trials.
The problem with this is BLU is by far weaker than regular lv50's and all-BLU parties are inferior to a standard tank/heal set up. White wind is limited, BLU has no rez at all and Mighty Guard is straight-up rubbish. To top it off, there are no real rewards for running content synched as BLU.
BLU just wasn't designed to run any content besides the Carnival. Even half the open world fates are Doom immune. The entire class design is centered and focused around just the Carnival and beating its various bonus challenges and navigating the elemental weaknesses.
I think 4 blue mages would be capable of doing all the level 50 dungeons at least. I know I had no trouble doing cutter's cry with other blues. Why would they put blue spells in level 50 dungeons if we weren't capable of going to get them? The problem with this is BLU is by far weaker than regular lv50's and all-BLU parties are inferior to a standard tank/heal set up. They should just add an option in DF like for join party in progress or frontline freelancer of "Allow Blu Mage" which is on by default, then people opt out of having BLU's in their content by unticking it.
Savage Completion Rate ~5%+ of active players. Community: "Ugh stop catering to savage"
Ultimate Completion Rate ~1% of active players. Community: "Ugh stop catering to the hardcore raiders"
Frontline/ Rival Wings/ Hidden Gorge Mount Aquisition ~0.05-1% of active players. Community: "Ugh PVP is so dead in this game, they should stop investing in it"
Blue Mage Morbol Mount Aquisition ~0.01% of active players. Community: "WoW bLuE mAgE iS sO fUn AnD aCtIvE i CaN't WaIt FoR mOrE lImItEd JoBs"
A full party of BLU can't even do Brayflox unless someone is synched down from a level that has Erase and even then.
Try to do a full-BLU run of Sastasha Hard for Tail Screw. See how that goes without any way to clear debuffs.
I would be up for that but only if there was a 100% learn rate for a BLU only party.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
