Getting error when character logins on zone loading screen. Error "an unexpected error has occurred" and game exits. Other characters loads correctly.

Good afternoon and thank you posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
How long have you been having this problem? What have you tried to alleviate the problem so far? If you have not done so already please try deleting the locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy).

well it's day 2 when i'm unable to login. counting and hoping not to lose my house...
have deleted but still unable to login. i have contacted support center they wrote case is resolved but i'm still unable to load character. same error.
I started having the same issue just 10 minutes ago, I got an error during loading and the game crashed. I'm starting to think maybe it's a general issue ?

If deleting the locally saved data did not work, you may want to try reinstalling the game entirely.
If this does not resolve the issue, reply back with a Final Fantasy XIV System Report. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I have have been having the same issue for a couple days now and reinstalling the game has only been a temporary fix and at first it was just the one zone now its happening in other zones first time it happened there was a similar error but now it just closes the game

i have reinstalled game and it helped, was able to load character and port to house. Hope it's not temporary fix :\
