I think they're referencing the fact that the AST questline explicitly states that geomancy and astrology are the exact same, only geomancy draws either from the star below whereas ast draws from the stars above.Ast is nothing like a geomancer .... lol sure we help a geo do a job but so what whm works with necromancy kinda but its nothing like a necromancer lol

Well I'm sure the lore would have something to say about that, the only thing I'm going off is the AST quests explicitly states that that geomancy works exactly like AST just below not above, and it doesn't state that AST works the same as CNJ. Not that I would be against a GEO as a job, and I'm not saying it can't be a job because of this, im just lore dumping.

Seems more like a Disciple of Casino, where you can part time as a dealer and earn a steady paycheck in mgp. All you have to do is host tables, deal with drunks and be on the lookout for phantom thieves that may try to infiltrate the--no wait, I'm going into the wrong game here

Astrologian cards have never dictated healing efficiency. They've never been that make-or-break point for whether or not someone's going to die or not.
To be honest, if you think cards determine everything for healing, you're just a bad Astrologian.
