    Yes, because a party comprised exclusively of 3 NPC's and a BLU is a complete server-breaking concept. I mean there's absolutely no way a BLU can function in such a scenario... it would completely break the dungeon instance upon entry and would render the BLU in an unplayable instance. /sarcasm
