Yes but the HW beast tribes give 10% of your bar for every 3 quests completed. ARR beast tribes give insignificant amounts, its not about use of use and being able to queue and do them. It's about bringing them in line.

Y'know, now that I've hit 41 with BLU, I'm starting to question. Maybe it's different for BLU, different values or something, idk. But I was kinda looking forward to this milestone for access to the first beast tribe quests, only to find 8,625 exp per quest, out of 340,200 needed to hit 42. So, just about 2.5% of a level for each quest. That is awfully pitiful.
