Need some advice regarding some service accounts I have

And by some, I mean two.

Here's my dilemma: I've been stuck with service account registered to the ps3 beta test since...I guess the beta test. That's the not the one I use at all though. I use a second, on pc. For awhile, I just sucked up the fact that every time I pop on my mogstation page, I always see the beta test service account and I have to click on the second.

So I finally got around to wanting to remove it. I looked at the support page but it seems pretty clear, to me at least, that the support is for incorrect registered IDs and/or service accounts. What I want is an actual deletion of that beta test service account.

I did file a support ticket and I was given these two links (https://sqex.to/jpG) (https://sqex.to/7Au) to what I mentioned above. After reading them carefully, I'm of the opinion that either I'm not interpreting them right or they don't actually have a function/form to just remove/delete a service account.

As such, I ask: is one of those links can actually do what I'm specifically requesting or am I out of luck and stuck with an unused ps3 beta account?


P.S. After writing this, I went back to those links again and it just seems to me like the problem is that they've clustered together obligatory fields that don't pertain to me with other fields that actually do. Maybe that's why I'm hesitant of filling either of them and do some accidental permanent damage :/

That just disables it from appearing in game. It doesn't remove it (and it can be reactivated at any time)
