Unable to Launch FINAL FANTASY XIV Updater. [11035][30425][30415][5]19900][5]

I have been playing FF14 since today with no issues for months. I have never experienced any problem updating or running the game.
Suddenly today when I tried to launch the game I got the error “Unable to Launch FINAL FANTASY XIV Updater. [11035][30425][30415][5]19900][5]. “
I have tried many things to fix the issue that I will list :
1) Have tried to do a clean boot up
2) Have closed firewall and Antivirus (I only use the intergraded one with windows 10)
3) Have cleaned the My documents/My games/ FF14 files
4) Have reset my router
5) I have made all the changes that have been mentioned in other threads in internet explorer .
6) Have run the launcher as administrator and in compatibility Win7 mode
7) Nothing has been changed in my computer since yesterday that I played the game
8) I then completely uninstalled the game and redownloaded the installer. I have run the installer (without antivirus on) and now I cant even get the game installed cause I get the same error when the launcher tries to update .

I am using Windows 10, wired connection.

Update:

I have used THIS fix and it did pass the first launcher update. I am now able to redownload the game. I will see if this will actually fix the issue
