    Item Help (tooltip on hover) stopped working suddenly

    When i hover/cursor on-top of an item typically it pops up the item details (item help); however, as of this morning it no longer works in inventory, in armory chest, in vendors.

    I have confirmed it is enabled in my HUD (never changed it), it is on-screen and opaque (non-transparent). How do I enable the functionality? Is there somewhere to do this apart from the "HUD Layout"? I could find nothing in Character config. nor in System config. settings.

    Please help.

    It appears to have been moved offscreen despite its shown location in my HUD... I changed to a diff HUD layout and found that it worked. I have a PS4 and there is no way that I accidentally dragged it, nor should it be in a location that does not match where it shown on the HUD layout screen
