Ok first question, how will this launcher work on console which is required to go through the internet browser to log in?

I do like the look of it very nicely done

But this is the issue with getting an official launcher update, any launcher update would have to be compatible with both PC and PS4 SE are very prone to not updating ffxiv to benefit one game client over another outside of QoL changes and this is probably the reason why it hasn't received an update after all these years its sucky but i rather they keep it that way so that SE keeps things as fair as possible among their playerbase
