Eureka Hydatos and BA (probably a simple solution)

Once again, discord link are given out freely who those who ask as long as they follow the rule of the channel. There are plenty of instance with no BA group and no one bother to go in. The very same player would only go in when there are BA group around. They are angry why no one invite them so they decide to snipe portal but what they don't think about is: Why can't they do the same and join up in party before going in? People in discord are willing to wait hour so they can get a good team running, why can't pug do the same? They believe their time is more valuable than the one in discord.

Im not saying that you are wrong, im concern about the time spent NOT playing the actual game, instead Is wasted doing queue and queue to get in the same instance with other players, Im not enjoing the game while im stuck with the queue System to join.

Also my intent Is to keep the party balanced even with the snipers around.
