Eureka Hydatos and BA (probably a simple solution)

This isnt a full solution to the problem, Im pretty aware of it, but it can solve the problem with party balance and can let BA be more a randoms and eureka only area.
Just to join BA you need a discord Group and you need to organizer 56 players to be in the same instance. If the instance itself Is pretty full, i doubt that 56 players wont give it at least a try.

For the missing roles such as Healers and Tank, The instance Is still the same so you can pretty much shout and ask someone to join, the portale wont dissapear and one can simply change Class and give it a try, you cant in BA but you can do it at the Crystal.
Also after, idk, 10 mins the portals will become White and any role can access them. This means that the buff obtained from Onvi will last 15 min If so.

They usually show no interest unless a discord pt is there already then they start asking if there are free spot
