    Pre order bonus items

    never received Standard edition pre order bonus items. Placed pre order mid Feb. Called support directly and they told me to do an in game ticket. Put in 2 tickets after chatting with a GM and still no items in my mog mailbox. Followed directions given by the GM 2x. What is wrong with this company?

    When you pre-ordered, you should have been given a code (via the Store page — you can unlock it from the My Orders page by clicking on your pre-order and selecting “Unlock Activation Key”), and instructions to go to the Shadowbringers preorder website and input your code there. Did you do that? If you did not, that would be why you have not received your items: you didn’t register your pre-order.

    Did you follow the instruction from your order and redeem the code properly?
