2 days ago I had 1.2 million gil. I played today and now its shows 905k. Not sure where it went or why and I didnt buy anything. Anyone have similar issues or knows what could be going on?

I'd change your password just in case someone might be logging into your account and stealing small amounts, hoping you wouldn't notice. I don't know how likely this happening would be, though.

Is it on your retainers maybe? Otherwise report the issue to the GM's and change your password.

To be fair, there's a chance it's something along these lines. Buying things like 5k event food items or 50+ pieces of armour @9-15k each tends to deplete your funds quicker than you might think.

As others have stated, though - check your retainers.

Log into your Square Enix account via the Square Enix Account Management System. It should be something like secure.square-enix.com for the site. Just to be safe though follow the link to it via the Lodestone. Anyway, once logged in choose "Account" from the top and look in the drop down menu for "Login History". Click that and observe the IPs logged, see if any seem unfamiliar. To verify you should be able to check them against your own IP address including when it was accessed and generally where. If any of them you don't recognize chances are your account was compromised and you should report it immediately. Fortunately that page has a link with details on how to do so. If you don't already use a Security/Software Token I highly recommend you do. Just keep the emergency removal password on hand somewhere safe in the event something happens so you can disable it.

So uh this happened to me too, I had logged out with 15 mil ish and the next day I logged back in and ran around for a while until I went to buy something and realized I was missing about 2.5 million gil. Is it possible someone bought something of mine with RMT gil and it got removed? I use a authenticator also.

It sounds kinda scary for that to happen, but honestly if someone had access to your account and logged in on your character, they potentially could take so much more from you than a few million gil. Definitely be sure to check your retainers often and keep track of any big purchases you make, could be something you overlooked.
