Can you increase the chat size window in ps4?

I am not talking about the font size .I know how it can be done .I want to increase the size of chat window in ps4 ff14 version .you see I increased the font size but now half of the message could not be seen because of its size .I tried seeing the option in chat setting but I could not see anything that can increase the size of chat window.

Well it's hard with controller on its own. Perhaps best way is to temp use your wired pc mouse an click and drag on the top right corner of the window to the desired size.
Also pressing triangle while cursor is in text entry window maximises the chat window to almost full screen

You can temporarily put the PS4 controller into virtual mouse mode by pressing L1 while clicking R3. While in mouse mode, L2 and R2 act as left and right mouse buttons while one of the analog sticks (I've actually forgotten which one but it's obvious enough while you're doing it) moves the mouse cursor. That lets you drag things around, including the positioning of a lot of windows or the size of the chat box. (Drag the upper right corner of the chat box to resize, or the "General" chat tab at the bottom left to move it.) When you're done, use L1+R3 again to turn mouse mode back off so you can use your controller normally.

(I think it's possible to do using the DualShock controller's touch pad as well, but I found that too finicky so disabled it, preferring the virtual mouse mode for the rare occasions I actually want mouse-like functionality.)

The only thing I find slightly frustrating about the virtual mouse mode is that if you try switching to or from it while you're on a window that uses L1 and R1 to alternate between tabs, the L1+R3 that you use to turn mouse mode on or off also frantically cycles through tabs due to the L1 part of that button combination.
