getting another zeta weapon need help

i am at zeta stage for second weapon. i went to swiftperch the npc is not there. how do i start this again

I believe that every time you want to start a new relic for the Zeta series, you have to go talk to either Gerolt or Drake (one of them; I think Gerolt) in Hyrstmill (North Shroud), but I could be mistaken. It has been a while since I started a new Zeta weapon quest.

Have finished your level 50 job quest (this is somehow overlooked by many).
Go to Gerolt in north shroud for A Relic Reborn quest.

Note Samurai, Red Mage, Dark Night, Machinist, and Astrologian do not have relics.

Which step are you doing? You don't get a quest for the subsequent relics beyond the ilvl80 relic, you just follow the steps.

If you have the zenith, you just start farming fates for atmas, if you have the atma, you just go to mor dhona, talk to the npc, and get the books.

They've already started. They're at zeta. The last step in the process. They're saying NPC for mahatmas isn't where he should be.

Just checked for myself, and he's still standing there for me, and I'm not even at that stage for my second one. If you're certain you're looking in the right spot in the settlement (there's not that many people to talk to, so I figure you probably aren't just not seeing him), you might try logging out and back in, to see if the game loads him in correctly.
