I thought the world of ivalice is a part of XIV's now? since 1.0 art was through tactics/12

About the Hildibrand parts the stuff with the old people is the second half where people say it got better. That and it's where Cyr starts to just roll with the wackyness that is Hildibrand. Hildi's ability to make people believe his disguises is probably the best thing about each story and maybe the see you soon end parts.

The primal are all the same until those ff ruins itThose and the primals, various weapons and armor, chocobos since two, moogles, Wol and Wods, Elemental crystals that are important to the story somehow. Let's also not forget putting teens or in their early 20s in charge of saving the world and other things like militaries or whole countries.
Also lol many of them are under 14 so not rlly teen or adults also weapons armor don't rlly count

Um what? Ekio, Vivi, Relm, Porom, Palom and Gau are the only ones under 14 that are humanoid. Rydia starts out young but ages so she doesn't really count as she doesn't stay the same the whole game. We don't know how long of a life span a moogle or a yeti have or I'd count Mog and Umaro.

the game just references some of the older games.
If FF12 is = FF14 because of Dalmasca and ivalice references then its part of FF6 because Doma is from that game.....

To be fair here, FF12/T is probably the most overt reference. As the story for the 24 man basically hints that the story of FFT came from the play that Jenomis eventually debuted to clear his family name and give the story of Ramza a 'happier' ending than fate and previous propaganda had seen fit.
However even then it follows pretty much every other FF reference in 14. Where they take similar story beats if anything at all, and try to slather a fresh coat of paint onto them to make the concept work within it's new confines. Doma's actually a pretty good example of that. Hien is basically Cyan if you dig into his name origins and even shares the same theme with the iconic character, and given where the current MSQ happens to be headed it's very likely we're going to see a repeat of the 'poison' incident some time in the future. Sans insane laughing clown of course.

Solus is probably hammy enough to be the Kefka analogue. He chews the scenery every time he appears, and it's great. To be fair here, FF12/T is probably the most overt reference. FFXIV's Ivalice isn't the same Ivalice as FFT and FFXII. For starters, the world map is completely different. Secondly, the timeline/lore is completely different.

we had reference to dalmasca already in ARR, then...
