Game Crashing since latest patch, need answers

I've recently gotten into FFXIV after being given the game by a friend and I have to say I'm full enjoying myself. I got the game back in December and it's only recently (being the recent patch, late Feb of this year I believe) that whenever I log into the game about 5 minutes in the whole thing just dies on me. It would happen once and then I could restart the game and play but now it's every time I log in within minutes. I redownloaded my game driver and checked to make sure all my files were UTD. I haven't tried uninstalling because I want to understand what the problem is before I do anything else. I hear the problem might be because I'm running a Geforce Graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB). I don't know if it's the driver or the game (it only happens when I play FFXIV) but it's driving me up a wall and I would like some answers. Here's some info that I hope is useful. Is there a error message that appears when the game crashes? If so, could you provide a screen shot of it in your next reply? Please also provide a system report by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I am having basically the same issues. Every few minutes after logging in, the game just freezes completely and I get the Final Fantasy XIV has stopped working message. No error codes or anything. Just freezes up and crashes. I can maybe get 10 minutes of playtime in before it does this, basically making the game unplayable and that is just infuriating. I have tried the typical "fixes" like updating drivers, cleaning cache, etc. but to no avail. Would like to know what's going on and how to fix it. I really enjoy this game and want to be able to actually play it.

Does this crash happen on Direct X11 or does it happen on DirectX9? Have there been any updates or changed made to the PC? Also have you tried doing a cleanboot? If not please do so by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.

Please also provide a system report by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

It happens on both DX11 and DX9. No to updates to my PC and I don't see how that would affect the game regardless. Yes I've tried a cleanboot, but again, I'm not seeing why that would affect the game being able to launch successfully and run for a few minutes without issues before it freezes up and crashes. Here's a copy of my system info which I'll reiterate one final time that I'm not understanding what knowing basically the entire contents of my PC will do for this issue.

The reason why I asked about whether or not there updates or changes made to the PC is because sometimes updating the software may mess with the game runs. Running a cleanboot starts the computer with only what is necessary to run the computer. Doing that also makes sure there are no programs running that may interfere with running Final Fantasy. Suggesting to run a cleanboot of the PC is also part of the trouble shooting we do for these kinds of issues.

The system report shows what makes up the computer and looking at things such as what drivers are installed may help trouble shoot why you are getting the crash. For example, if the report shows out of date drivers then the crash may happen because of that. There maybe a program interfering with the game that you have installed.

I apologize if asking for such information seemed vague. But, the system report is only asked for trouble shooting reasons.
