    Unable to update game

    Just got home and tried to update the game, but it keeps saying:
    "Unable to download patch files"
    [11003][10009][19900][13030]

    I have tried compatibility mode, using as admin, letting through firewalls, antivirus exceptions, nothing.

    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which error occurs
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    If you are on Windows 10, have you tried going to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Ransomware protection > Controlled folder access? I had to disable this to get my game to update.

    you may also have to try port forwarding, or you can just open up to the DMZ.
