What's the stagesty for "The Reason Roaille? My NPC always dies.

Tried everything, always ends up being a dead end. I read you should start with the healers. Tried that, then I went for the claws as I've read elsewhere. But even then, the NPC, Ilberd, always dies. even if Eline gets defeated (I need to kill all of the Garlearian's, right?) Also can you give me the list of whose the enemy healers?

Not just the healers, but a rule of thumb is always target the enemies that have ranged attacks, both magical and physical (that is, CNJs, THMs, ARCs and any magitek robotic weapons that are on the battlefield like vanguards). CNJs are especially problematic being that they're healers who also have annoying attack spells like Stone and Fluid Aura.

Unfortunately Garlean units are tricky in that their names are Latin words that may not be easily descernible as to their class, requiring you to take note of what weapons they're carrying (metal wand for THMs, staff for CNJs, bow for ARCs), not helped by they assault you in multiple waves, quickly making a bad situation worse.

You really have to balance going after the healers with sticking as close to Ilberd as possible and attacking what he's attacking (or targeting him). And although that duty is level synced to 50, going in with a higher level and corresponding gear should make it much easier, as a higher level than that duty even while synced down will still be more powerful than the best equipped character at that actual level.

kill the medicus first, those are the healers
ignore eline, they cant be killed
kill magitec first, centurion, claws and such, followed my other npcs (mages and archers first)
take out the npc with the tether, the then colossus
    repeat as adds spawn,

as long as your gear is on par with the lvl, i110-120ish your good. Most new players have issues with story quests from being undergeared, which is why I bring that up

I'm level 52 in all my classes, with level 110 gear. So that certainly isn't helping me. Can I even get gear that's above 110 at this point of the game? I'm playing this quest as a Warrior, could I also be using the wrong class?

You can get better gear at that level with tomestones. You get those from some dungeons, especially by doing roulettes with the Adventurer in Need bonus, or doing a dungeon with a sprout who hasn't been in there before.

The merchant who sells this gear is named Aurianna, and she's in that town where you do the quests attacking the Garlean outpost near the end of ARR. It's iLevel 120, and can be upgraded to 130.

I don't think that gear is really necessary to do the quests you're trying to do, but if you have the tomestones to spare it couldn't hurt to get some upgrades.

Tomestones have i120 gear you can upgrade to i130 with easily obtainable other items (they drops in crystal tower raids and are purchasable for cheap with tomes) at the forge in North Shroud, the World of Darkness if you have done that has i120 gear and sometimes you can find cheap better things on the mb. hq i115 is great if its cheap.

So the strongest gear currently available to you is the i130 stuff the others mentioned(obtained by purchasing 120 gear with poetics and upgrading it or by completing final coil instances and getting drops). The level 54 crafted set can get 1 or 2 points stronger then that if its made at high quality, but you arent there quite yet. Honestly, a quick peak at your gear shows that its probly fine(im not saying a little boost couldnt help, but you probly dont need it). You have a mix of 90-110 stuff with a 120 weapon(the most important piece). Try mixing up your tactics as the others mentioned. Try the priority list AnimaAnimus gave. Try using your tank skills to get the enemies to attack you instead of him(and your defensive skills to withstand that extra attention). These fights are tested to be completable by any class, but sometimes one or another has an edge in a specific fight. So if tanking is really giving you fits you could try another tact. Either a healer who can force ilberd to survive or a dps who can drop targets faster.
