How to block on lodestone site?

There's a player who has twice now been trying to make me feel bad about blogging anything on the blog segment of lodestone. I don't like reporting in general, I just want to block them so they can't see or comment on my posts and won't be able to end up in dutyfinder with me. If they want to keep doing their own thing fine, I just want them to leave me alone.

I can't find anywhere to blacklist on the website itself. Please, can anyone direct me?

I dont think you can block someone from ending up in DF with you. If you could, that would be great, people could avoid "toxic" players and "bad" players alike.

I'm not sure that there is any "block" facility. If you publish using public then it does just that.

Best thing to do is to totally ignore this person - do not respond to anything that they post as that is what they want. They will doon get bored and move on.

Thanks guys. This is just bizarre. Reporting seems like it would be overkill (it's generally very short, insulting comments but not name calling or anything like that), and I don't have any urge to stop them from doing their own blogging. It's just obnoxious and kind of a downer. Would rather not deal with it anytime I tell a joke or post a picture. I'd like to be able to meet other fans in-general too, even critical ones. This whole thing is just rude out of nowhere.

Tbh I'd prefer SE just gave an effective block button instead of the stricter rules, agree with Nirokun it would solve a lot of problems. Gives agency/responsibility for avoiding unpleasant situations to players, minimizes drama, and near as I can come up with reduces likelihood of false reports or abusing policies. Could also give people who are extremely picky about playstyles a choice--they can block people not up to their standards at will, but with the possible cost that their queue time will take longer if they're blocking an absurd number of people.
