Shadowbringer XP Earring not working on HoH XP?

Oh thats kinda dumb just notice that lol so basicly worthless to some of my friends who got 70+ all war/magic lol

Well... Unless they wanna play Gunbreaker and (Dancer?) when the expansion comes out

Since it's not guaranteed they're start at level 70, so would be able to use these.
