A user on reddit said that he solved restoring licenses. I tried again but restoring licenses just give me another error: CE-42739-5. I google that code and I found a lot of fresh post on PlayStation forum about user with the same problem, so yeah I think they have to fix the PSN.

i have the same issue. Upon starting the game, the menu music starts playing but the screen is black then the error popped. I hope they will fix this issue soon.

I also got this error but I thought it was just me and stupidly deleted the game to reinstall and I got back the same error when I tried to redownload so don’t delete it if you haven’t already.

A lot of people can’t download games on PS4, I really think it’s a problem of PSN and not of SE.
