I have also tried running it as a bare program with nothing in the background and it does not make a difference. my CPU sits at 45deg with netflix and FF14 going on max on base clock. My 1080ti also doesnt break a sweat running it. I dont THINK its a hardware issue but if i knew what it was then i guess i wouldnt be making this thread lol
