Elemental Armor +1 Chest Bugged While Dyed

ISSUE:

While wearing the Elemental Armor of Fending +1, as well as having it dyed, the glowing "under layer" of the chest bleaches out the layer on top of it, causing it to appear white or grey despite the fact that it should be the color of the dye.

This issue presents itself any time during the night or in any situation where the glow is intensified. The issue does not present itself during certain points during the day, when the light source from the sun causes the glow of the armor to be less intense.

Included are screenshots showing the issue. The "white" area of the lower part of the chest armor is bugged. It should be dark purple.

Screenshots #3 and #4 show the issue actually active. While outside, due to light source, the armor is purple there as it should be. When I move inside and the armor glow is more prevalent, the it becomes bleached while (mouse cursor is over the bugged area).

Screenshots #7 & #8 have been added to show rare occurrences where the bug is not present, during the day.

Please see the first screenshot of the character preview screen to see how the colors presumably should appear.

This bug is present FAR more often than not. I'd say probably 90% of the time the armor appearance is bugged, with only rare occurrences where the glow does not bug the dye above it.

This bug has been viewed by multiple people with various hardware set ups and they confirm the same graphical bug.
