Constantly having to reinstall due to sudden fatal Directx errors

Heyo, Sorry to make yet another one of these threads that seem all to popular over the course of ffxiv's lifetime...

as of recent, i'd say the last month or 2, ive been having tons of trouble with ffxiv suddenly crashing when teleporting to a new zone and afterwards not allowing me to login due to it crashing while trying to load into the world.

I keep getting directx errors when it crashes, and changing to 9.0 wields the same issue, just the errors a without the "11" on them.

If i load into ffxiv using my laptop and teleport away from whatever zone i crashed in, i can then log back into my main computer, but if i attempt to go back to said location *none specific, this has happened while teleporting to several different maps* the game crashes once again with directx errors

A temp fix seems to be to reinstall the whole game from scratch.... but sadly in this day and age, you have a monthly gb cap on most internet providers... so that can add up VERY quickly seeing as the game is just about 40gb

if I do reinstall the game I am good for about a week or so, sometimes less, but it always seems to come full circle and im back to reinstalling a week later in order to get back in the game@.@

with the launch of shadowbringers coming up.... id really like to get this figured out before then @.@

if anyone has any thoughts, im open for suggestion.

I am running off a fairly new install of windows 10, only really have a few games installed other than ffxiv

Thank you for taking the time to read this

Good afternoon and posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Techinical Support Forums.

Could you provide a screen shot of the error message you are receiving? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    Hope to see you online!
