my PSN & SE account was hacked, and my character was deleted,
anyone have any suggestions? i still have my PSN save file, but my MOGSTATION says no character?

Contact actual SE Customer Support? They can do more than we can.

Character restore form:

You just need to log in with your Square-Enix account.
If they email you saying they coudnt find your character, try it again but add as much information as you can each time. You can submit unlimited amounts of requests to have your character restored. Its only a matter if:
1. You already had a character restore on your account.
2. If they can find the data based on the information you provided.
*****TIPS******
Try to make sure you Include:
-Names off your friendslist
-Namesday (character birthday)
-Race (such as "Elezen Wildwood")
-Gender
-Guardian (Such as Byregot)
-Name of your Free Company
-Name of your Grand Company
-Grand Company Ranking
-Crafted items other characters might have that your character crafted, and their location (such as Amoury chest, or their FC housing plot and FC name etc.)
-Name of your in game bonded partner (Eternal Bonding)
-Names of equipment you might be wearing
-Linkshells you were associated with
so on so forth. The more you include after the base "guideline" information the better.
