Masamune LS Alliance

"Anybody think its worth having an alliance pearl with 2-3 leaders from each major LS? I had something similar on my old ffxi server. I'm happy to set this up in a neutral way if you guys are interested? I see it as a no rules communications channel between the leaders. No rules unless agreed by all members."

The shell is now made as MasamuneAlliance. As above please let me know if interested. We've agreed to sack each LS leader and for them to pick 2 other representatives or to simply have upto 3 members as representatives.

I guess that would be one use. Check if people are already farming it before you set out. It would generally be useful for any non-instanced content.

Yeah I agree not a huge amount of use right now in terms of end game content. Gold Coffers, HNM's, (if you class Dodore etc as HNM), speedy background checks on new members/shell hoppers. But would be nice to have in place prior to patches when we are all going to be trying to find the same new content.

On ffxi Pandemonium server had an ls alliance for farming things like sky that was basically managed via a forum post on zam. The LS system in this game should mean we can just all work around each other with no major drama. I'm really just putting this out there as an idea and I am more than happy not to be the shell holder for it.

so in summary, just purely an information ls... nobody leading. Like I said I am happy to hold it, but I don't want any 'lead' responsibility.

It may be a real necessity, as I think Masamune will be as big a world as it's namesake sword is long. Starting off in the spirit of diplomacy and fair play is the way to go. .... If we had a United Nations LS, with ambassadors as it where, it could save us all a lot of drama and grief, and help foster a play environment that is FUN (that's what it's about).

I would certainly be interested in representing GilgamesH, as I already have good relations with folks in the other big shells, but am also without question the best looking.
