Totally agree. They should have made one a reward and the other purchasable from a vendor, so that everyone could have both if we wanted. And they both should dye well - not just the male's.I like both crowns but this really didn't need to be gendered both would look good on both genders and would've added a bit more customising if both were available to both genders. I mean they acknowledge that males could be waiting for their sancetshal implying they can be princesses too so why can't the females have the male version
Also think that all glamour should be available for everyone. I wanted so much to use the board shorts from last year's summer event on my highlander, but can't because she's female.

I don't think anyone's suggesting we get rid of noticeably feminine/masculine items entirely
All we're saying is don't force the players into one or the other depending on their choices during character creation
Just make all items available to everyone
(as for mage gear that's just Mages(tm)
robes and skirts as far as the eye can see--don't believe me? Check Dragon Age or TES or any fantasy game where "mage" is a category)
