My question here is this: will the free transfers be available within EU or NA data centers only, or whenever we get the free transfer period we can move from NA to EU or viceversa?

EDIT: Will the new servers in Chaos and Light be added in the same day the redistribution happens? I'm concerned about this matter also because of housing. What if I wanna move to an EU server for free, but by the time I can, already every house is taken by other players?

I think almost all of us can agree that in the period of these transfers, something as important as housing should be locked... I guess.

Between April 2 and 15, characters on EU data centers can move. Between April 23 and May 6, characters on NA data centers can move.

That doesn't entirely answers my question tho, I wanna know if like, EU players can move for free to NA, and NA players can move for free to EU.

Players who own an estate will have the full cost of the land returned to them, and receive an additional 3,000,000 gil to compensate for lost furnishings.

The full cost is great for house but what made me laugh is the 3 million gil return for furnishing.

Furnishing cost way more than 3 million unless you can pick all of it up and move it which will probably be impossible.

If all 3 characters are in the same world and you are transferring them to the same world, then you can use the same world transfer service to transfer them all at the same time assuming all 3 meet the requirements.

The 90-day cooldown is tied to a character that is created in or transfers to a new/preferred world. So if all 3 characters are created in or are transferring to the same new/preferred world, then all 3 will have the same 90-day cooldown.

There is an account-wide 3-day cooldown for using the service, that's why it's better to transfer all your characters at once assuming source and destination worlds are the same for all characters.

There is also a 3-day cooldown for individual characters that have just been created.
