World Server Shuffle Dates and Query

So 2nd April is EU Server shuffle date
23rd April is NA server shuffle date
free transfers are allowed for 2 weeks after their respective date

Really got to ask can EU players have the free transfers to NA servers and vice versa for NA to EU during their respective shuffle time or is it just to servers in their respective regions :S

I ask because my group was going to go from Phoenix(EU) to an aether server

If you get a free transfer, you can use it like any transfer that you purchased (with any added bonus specified for this transfer).

That's how i thought about it but it opens up for EU people who transfer to NA to get 2 free game days and that doesn't seem right but SE could allow it they haven't said it wasn't possible why i'm confused :S

The "free" day is for all active accounts in the effected regions. So if I pop over to an NA data centre now, create a character but never use it I will also be eligible for a free day should the downtime on the NA data centre extend beyond 24 hours.

There's nothing unfair about that. SE decided that if maintenance took longer than a day, they'll give extra day of subscription. If you transferred and experienced 2 maintenance periods lasting over a day, then you could get 2 extra days of subscription.

I have an other question, they give information about reimbursement of player house and appartement stuff but what happen to FC company house? Our full FC is going to switch server, what will happen to the house? Do we just lost it without any kind of reimbursement (we had a manor) and are forced to get reimbursement by other "means"?

I'd assume it would follow the same rules as personal housing you'll be reimbursed the manor +5m to fc leader but everything inside furnishings and company workshop are not included so get them on a retainer ready for transfer
