Did not receive Fantasia Potion

Hi!

I realized I have NEVER received a free Fantasia potion during my time playing ,i also did not get my free Fantasia potion from the Main story Line Quest at level 50.
I made contact with the in-game support and they told me to come here.

Are there any steps I can take to fix this issue?

1) Did you reach your 30 day subscription veteran reward before 4.1 hit (10/10/2017) or after?
2) Did you clear the quest "The Ultimate Weapon" before 4.1 hit or after?

If 1) after and 2) before: You just fell into the grey area which can't get the fantasia
If 1) before and 2) before: Your old veteran rewards will be grandfathered into the new system and every character of yours will get a free fantasia via the rewards.
If 1) after and 2) after: You should have gotten it through the MSQ "The Ultimate Weapon"
