    Account keeps getting login restricted everytime I log into Square Enix Online Store

    For the past month or so, every time I log into my Square Enix Online Store account, moments later I get an email saying my account is being login restricted for 'suspicious activity'. This is starting to get annoying and wanted to see if this is happening to anyone else. I contacted the store support and they only gave me an automated message that did not address the issue and I contacted Square Enix support and again they just gave me a generic message on how the restricted log in work and did not address the issue. I do not want to keep changing my password for simply logging in and checking my orders. Square seems like they don't want my money cause if this issue does not get fixed soon I may stop using the store. I only log in from either my phone or home computer and no where else. Why are they not being recognized? This issue is nothing but annoying and I am getting tired of it.

    If this is the wrong place to put this then I will delete this post and put it in the proper forum.

    This is not just limited to you: ever since I ordered the Shiva statue, my account gets locked as well every time I log into the SE Store. Nowhere else locks my account for “suspicious activity”: the Account Management System or the Mogstation. It’s quite annoying, as it was never an issue until I preordered that statue.

    Mine is the same. My solution is to VPN in from an American ip. My account is EU and I'm Oceanic. Go figure.

    Otherwise it just stops me spending money I don't have to so I guess that's good.

    This happens to me but only when I log in on my phone. If I use a PC, I'm fine (I'm US).

    Been happening to me too. There's something I want to buy, and use my member's points too, but I'm getting sick of changing the pw every time I dare to log in/visit their shop.

    I was thinking I have seen this issue happening to other people somewhere. I am US as well. I have a few things ordered and waiting on getting the tracking numbers for them. I really hope this issue is being looked into.
