Give the possible Eureka 5.X its own weapon, and separate Relic from it

Well that could be concerning. Did they say it would be linked to the new relic or no?

They didn't specify IIRC, although it seems a fairly safe bet it will be.

Either we get optional Eureka content which could die as quick as Diadem or they lock relic phases in it again, not sure which is the better choice honestly...

Well, the consensus seems to be (even among people that still don't like it) that Eureka has gotten better over time. Assuming they take what they learned in to 5.0 then it should be at least decent content.
