Give the possible Eureka 5.X its own weapon, and separate Relic from it

They've stated they're doing 'Eureka-like' content in 5.0. Which could mean almost anything to be honest.

Well that could be concerning. Did they say it would be linked to the new relic or no? Either we get optional Eureka content which could die as quick as Diadem or they lock relic phases in it again, not sure which is the better choice honestly...
