Give the possible Eureka 5.X its own weapon, and separate Relic from it

You have the raid weapon, the best weapon but hard to get.
You have the primal weapon, 2nd best but significantly quicker to acquire.
You have the relic, sometimes 2nd best, sometimes 3rd, rarely 1st. Depends on patch cycle.

Given FFXIV's rather bland gear, where is the theoretical fourth 'Eureka' weapon going to go?

A different route to the same weapon won't work. 90%+ of the playerbase will just go whichever route they are told is the easiest, it's basically a guarantee that the work the devs do on either the 2.X/3.X style trad grind or 4.X style eureka grind will be wiped out.
