This is an item that EVERYONE receives for FREE when they complete this quest, EVERYONE except someone who PAID for a Tales of Adventure. So if you PAY to advance in the game, you will not get this FREE item that everyone is supposed to receive.

They said as much in the notes when they added the fantasia to the quest.

It's an item you get for completing a quest. AFAIK you don't get any of those items like equipment or weapons or other stuff from the previous main quests if you buy the skip potion.

These reasons you are giving me are not valid excuses. After having spent over 200$ on this game in a matter of 2 months, for a customer that paid EXTRA and to not receive something that is free for other players is unacceptable.
They should write it on the PURCHASE PAGE of the item.

I mean... they kind of are, its a quest reward. If you don't do the quest you don't get the reward.

Well at least you know for sure now that it's not included, nor is it listed on the Tales of Adventure page, you just assumed it was.

Your options are now upgrade to Heavensward collectors which inclueds a single Fantasia for each character or purchase one on the Mogstation.

I have no idea what you will/won't spend your money on. Fantasia's are "Optional Items", there's no need to get one.

Thanks, but it looks like this seems to already be known. It's not listed as included in the description when you purchase it.
