Not able to transfer to Exodus?

I'm trying to submit a world transfer to Exodus from Diabolos yet the server is not showing as an available option to transfer to. What am I missing here?

It looks like there's a character with the same name as your Diabolos character on Exodus; maybe that's the issue? Otherwise, check out the restrictions on transferring at this link and make sure none of them currently apply, as that may be part of the reason.

Do you have another character on Exodus?
If you have an Entry subscription you won't be able to select servers that already have 1 character.

I wonder if they've adjusted how they allow server transfers? I know that Exodus has reached that "some parts during the day are too busy to allow character creation" and I wonder if that's hampering the transfer.
