I would have probably just made it a 5th instance that required finishing the Eureka story to access instead of tying it to Hydatos and requiring a Hydatos NM to be killed to not die to AV.

I actually expected it to be a trial fight against Eureka's Arsenal that would be the final bit of the story to jump your weapon from 400 to 405

It is really cool content but unfortunately it doesn't fit with western culture which will happen from time to time since it is primarily a Japanese game developer making a game for a japanese audience. Don't think they're up for overhauling party finder to work for how western players want to do it either so join your data center's discord and just put in the time. They constantly form groups of all progress levels and lots of people who cleared always come to help so it's as painless as it can be
If you plan on sniping portals when you see an organized group hoping to get carried through you better know what your doing and be prepared, they won't actively sabotage you back but they won't risk sacrificing a healer on you either
