    Which server has a lot of Japanese players in Japan?

    I am thinking of starting a new character in the game and I want to play with a lot of Japanese players. Which server holds most of the Japanese players?

    Perhaps Bahamut or Chocobo but currently those worlds are locked due to congestion, Gaia or Mana are the better datacentres to pick for what you want. However JP might not want to play with you in return, "JP ONLY" is very common throughout the PF.

    I would say Gaia data center.
    Bahamut server is the most populated on Gaia but is congested right now.

    Regarding the JP only thing...

    If you speak Japanese, they may be more accommodating. I've started playing on the JP servers, and last night I was doing MinIL T1. It was labelled JP only but they were fine with it since I was able to communicate (and didn't cause any fuss).
