Please add more slots to the glamour dresser

I know this is an old and ongoing request but SE by all means please please please. Currently people with a lot of glam items are basically just using the dresser as storage. It's impossible to get all the glam in and as a result we just end up with our 10 plates being just a couple of items that our out of dresser manual glam is missing.

I already pay for two extra retainers and I'm out of room (with a full dresser). I know the 200 item limit was lowballed to check on performance but it really needs to be increased (doubled at least).

It's one thing for people to complain about not having enough plates. They can still erase one to remake an old glam they liked. But it's pretty infuriating that I'm using all 10 plates and not a single one is a full glam.

this is a known issue - they talked about this at Vegas fanfest. It was more storage, more plates, more dresser locations. They used the audience feedback to say what they were going to do first - i think it was more storage? it was either that or more plates first. The changes probably won't happen until 5.0 at the very least though.

I just want a glamour book. I don't want to check both retainers, the armoire, the glamour dresser and countless NPC's to play with glamours and different looks. I want it all accessible in one place.....PLEASE...

Also being able to apply a single item as a glamour without going back to the damn inn would be amazing.

The glamour dresser and plates just generally need to be upgraded to be like WoW. This means unlimited storage, unlimited plates, and item set-specific appearances so that, for instance, my DRK set doesn't taint my tank gear, making it unglamoured or forcing me to manually apply a different glamour every time I equip it.

Going beyond what WoW has, at least in terms of the game per se, we also need something equivalent to MogIt, which is an extremely popular addon that allows you to browse transmog (glamour) appearances and build and save outfits to help you figure out what you need and where to get it. Also, it would be nice if we could save aesthestician options for each plate as well. A haircut that goes really well with one set may go very poorly with all of the others you have.

While I agree with everything else you said, if you want to apply a certain glamour every time you equip a particular set, you don't have to do it manually. You can assign a glamour plate to the set and it will automatically apply every time you equip that set while in town. (Unfortunately, it doesn't get around the annoying in-town-only rule.) Right click on a gear set to bring up the list of options for it, and one of them is for associating the set with a glamour plate.

Wow, thank you. I had completely missed that option. Though that does remind me that the town restriction is also terrible and needs to go.
