Friend unable to transfer to my world.

I just got my friend into the game so we could play something together, and I moved to Lamia, and he was going to move with me, but when he goes to transfer his character, it doesn't show up.

He doesn't get an error or anything, the world and character just doesn't show up. He said he made the character on Thursday. Would that be what's stopping him from moving right now?

If he created it on Zalera, which is still a preferred world right now, he won't be able to transfer the character until 90 days have passed. It's in place to encourage less populated servers to fill up and remain filled, since transfers to preferred worlds are free from congested worlds.

Since it sounds like he just started playing, I'd recommend he just create a new character on Lamia; he'll miss out on the Road to 60 buff, but that mostly means he won't be overleveling the MSQ and/or need to level multiple jobs at once.
