Dev Please?? EU vs NA how is this right?

How is this ok?

(they are selling a standard Edition to EU players with a physical and digital copy options. NA get only digital for windows.)

As for the reason, maybe the physical standard editions just didn't sell enough to be worth the logistics costs. It is an expansion to game that is wholly online after all.

You'd be very lucky to see physical copies in EU stores anyway (specifically in England). My disc of ARR was literally the launcher on a disc and nothing else. So really just gonna echo what Valkyrie has said.

That was explained to him in his last thread as well, and he said he wanted the box art. Its available on SE's Press site, which was also linked to him. He never responded to that part tho...

He went on some rant about if parts are going to be digital everything should be digital, including the statues lol. (Or that they should be sold separately, making the collectors edition kind of pointless to begin with, just because HE doesn't care about "some silly figure", he just wants the box art.)

I wasnt aware that asking for something that seems very reasonable, considering its offered to others, translates into being berated on the forums. I'll try to keep that in mind next time.

No delay at all if you preorder. My HW copy arrived the day after launch. I had downloaded everything for the early release play for the preorder. They realize physical copies might be delayed and give like a week or something after launch to get the code entered. I popped the code in and there was no change at all to gameplay. I just got to keep playing past the early release grace period.

The early release is all digital.

Wow, I totally forgot I even posted on there.

I figure he left the old thread to fall into back pages of the forums then decided to kick up a fuss all over again. Give it another 2 weeks, we'll see -another- thread on this same thing.

I guess this is why Bethesda put out the Fallout 76 "box" with no disc - discs are a waste of resources for the small percentage who prefer them, but it at least gives everybody the box art.

Nah, that set didn't include the game at all. Which is why it gets laughed at.
