White Partitions as walls?

I've seen images of people that use white partitions as walls in their entire house/apartment in an array of colors. Is there a way to get them completely flush to the wall so they don't stick out at all? Like some sort of glitch? Or is the payoff of doing that is that you have a smaller space.

You can drop them straight from the storage to get them closer but that's very hard to line up because you can't move them after (but you can rotate them). Usually they just sacrifice some space to do that trick.

Ah, I may try that. It's just an apartment so I don't mind taking time to get it right if it means I won't have to give up space. Thanks. We need an item like the wall tiles that's just plain white and can be dyed.

I *believe* that the stage partition may be able to be fit closer to the wall, and it's really thin. Maybe give that a try?

you can place stage partitions very close to the wall. even allowing pillars to show a bit if you for some reason want them.

I wondered about that too. Don't they have a different texture than the white partitions though? More smooth?

Their texture is similar to a painting canvas. They can be dyed as well.

Oh yah, you can get them a LOT closer. They don't have the same texture as the white partitions though. We do need something like the wall tiles in the texture of the white partitions. xD I want to call it stucco, but I don't think that's correct.

It's the same basic principle as the old 'troupe stage above a window' glitch. That's the closest you'll get them to the wall, problem is of course that they end up 'floating', I use those little half partition things to cover that up as they sit pretty close to the wall by default.

Anyway, this 100% works with bookshelf's, it 100% does not work with verdant partitions, I don't really know on the rest unfortunately. Will check later when I'm at home.

I have some Verdant Partitions placed on that railing. It takes a bit to get it. I spent a few hours getting my 3 placed because it really was that picky, but it's completely possible.
